My Gold Medal is left in Mexico
The third weight category athlete, Mohammad Khamsekoli, who is going to participate in the World Championships said, ''Mexico owes me a Gold Medal and I should take it back''. He expressed, ''in 2010, in the World Junior Championships that was held in Mexico, I withdrew from competing with the athlete from Israel and lost my Medal. Now that I am a member of the senior team, I want to get back my medal in the World Championships that will be held in the same country''. He believes that after a 4-month preparation camp, he is totally ready for the World Championships. In his idea, his powerful rivals are the athletes in his weight category from Belgium, South Korea, Turkey, Tunisia and Thailand. He succeeded to enter the National Team after overcoming his strong rivals in the league who were Naderian, Abdorezai, Rajabi and Babadi. Khamsekoli said his left leg was hurt in the Spanish Open but he will be recovered in a week and hopes to grab the Gold Medal in the World Championships. Source: ISNA
