First Standing of 1st World Cadet Championships went to Iranian girls and boys
Iran delegation seized the first standing of 1st World Cadet Taekwondo Championships after achieving 7 Gold Medals, 4 Silver Medals and 1 Bronze Medal totally.
1st World Cadet Taekwondo Championships were held in Baku, Azerbaijan on 24-27 July 2014. 576 athletes from 63 countries participated in this event. 10 female athletes and 10 male athletes were the representatives of Iran in this event.
In females category, Iran representatives stood on the first place with 4 Gold Medals, 1 Silver Medal and 74 points. Turkey and Russia gained the second and third places in this category respectively.
The first standing of males category also went to Iran's representatives 3 Gold Medals, 3 Silver Medals, 1 Bronze Medal and 82 points. Russia and South Korea stood on the second and third places after Iran.
