Bidding to host 2016 Rio Olympic IR Selection & Training Camps
WTF had successfully held 2012 London Olympic IR Selection & Training Camp in 2011 with more than 260IRs participating from around the world.
In our continued effort to ensure fair refereeing and judging in the Olympic Games, WTF has decided to conduct again IR selection & training camps for 2016 Rio Olympic Games between January and April 2015 as follows. Camp 1: Combine Europe & Africa (Maximum 100 IRs) between January and April, 2015 Camp 2: Combine Asia & Oceania (Maximum 100 IRs) between January and April, 2015 Camp 3: Pan America Only (Maximum 60 IRs) between January and April, 2015 Member national associations/federations who are interested in hosting 2016 Rio Olympic IR selection & training camp can submit bidding form to WTF no later than November 7, 2014 local time in Korea. WTF will announce three host nations on November 14, 2014 after screening the factors above.
