32 Male Cadets Invited to Preparation Camp
At the end of 24th National Championships of the males, 32 cadets entered the preparation camp of 2nd World Cadet Taekwondo Championships.
The following athletes were chosen out of 286 participants in the National Championships:
1st weight category: Amir Valipour from Tehran, Hossein Lotfi from Tehran and Amir Arsalan Khanzadeh from Alborz
2nd weight category: Ali Nourmohammadi from Tehran, Mohammad Rostamnejad from Mazandaran, Mohammad Taleghan Mansourinejad from Alborz and Arian Arash from Qazvin
3rd weight category: Mohammad Hossein Zahedi from Tehran, Yasin Rostami from Isfahan and Mohammad Gholamian from Ilam
4th weight category: Hamed Asqari from West Azerbaijan, Amir Hossein Saeidi from Alborz and Nima Golshan from Qazvin
5th weight category: Ahmad Rezqifar from Mazandaran, Navid Niazi from Ilam, Ashkan Zahmatkeshan from Lorestan and Armin Heidari from Qazvin
6th weight category: Mojtaba Pasar from Tehran, Alireza Yaqoubtabar from Alborz and Ali Heidari from Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari
7th weight category: Erfan Moradi from Fars, Ali Ashkourian from Mazandaran and Saied Talili from Khouzestan
8th weight category: Hossein Dadashzadeh from Qom, Abolfazl Afifi from Alborz and Sepehr Jamaei Naseri from Boroujerd
9th weight category: Mohammad Khani from Kermanshah, Hadi Janbaz from Mazandaran and Alireza Binazadeh from Ardebil
10th weight category: Seyed Hossein Hosseinzadeh from Mazandaran, Nima Mehrali from Tehran and Hossein Aqamohammadi from Qom
The first phase of preparation camp begins on 24 June in Enqelab Sport Complex. 2nd World Cadet Championships will be held on 23-26 August in Muju, Korea.
Iran National Cadet male team won the title if 1st World Cadet Championships which was held in Baku, Azerbaijan under the supervision of Hosseinali Naiemi as head coach.
