"Putin" congratulated "Khramtsov" on winning the World Taekwondo Championships

President of the Russian Federation "Vladimir Putin" congratulated 'Maksim Khramtsov" on winning the World Taekwondo Championship in the weight category up to 74 kg, which he won at the world championships in South Korean Muju2017.
It was the first time in Russian taekwondo history, an athlete in male category achieved gold medal.
Meanwhile, "Olga Ivanova" in 2013 in female category obtained the only gold medal in Russian taekwondo history.
