Shahrdari Varamin was Crowned as the Champion of Asian Club Championships
Shahrdari Varamin became the powerful Champion of 6th Asian Club Championships in the male category after winning 8 medals in all 8 weight categories by following athletes:
Seyed Mehran Ghavam, Abolfazl Yaghoubi, Behnam Asbaghi, Seyed Ahmad Khosrofar and Ali Pakdin grabbed Gold medals and Silver medals went to Mahdi Eshaghi, Jalal Khodami and Morteza Shiri.
This G-1 event was held on 18-20 February in Sharjah. Totally, 12 teams from Iran, Kazakhstan, UAE, Oman, Qatar, Palestine, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia and Iraq participated in 6th Asian Club Championships.
The title of this event went to Iran’s Shrdari Varamin followed by Kazakhstan and UAE’ Alnasr that stood on the second and third places respectively.
Payam Khanlarkhani led Shahrdari Varamin as head coach. Hashem Zangeneh and Hamidreza Bayat accompanied this team as coaches.
