President of Iran Olympic Committee Visiting Iran National Team
President of Iran Olympic Committee, Kioumars Hashemi visited the camp of Iran male and female National Taekwondo teams on 1 March 2016.
Hashemi visited the male team that is getting prepared for 2016 Rio Olympic Games and the female team that is getting prepared for Asian Qualification Tournament, Manila.
Hashemi said Taekwondo is highly motivated and we trust Taekwondo athletes will have great achievements in the forthcoming Olympic Games. He added Iran NOC is making efforts to increase the budget of next year to provide the federations with more financial support.
Seyed Mohammad Pouladgar appreciated the presence of sport authorities in the camp of the National team which contributes to raising the spirits of the athletes and technical officials. We are also trying to invite the cultural and political authorities to camp of the National team in the near future.
