Mahdi Khodabakhshi Seized a Bronze in 1st President’s Cup
Mahdi Khodabakhsho won a Bronze medal in 1st President’s Cup in -87 kg weight category with 3 wins and 1 loss. This G-2 event was held on 7-10 April 2016 in Bonn, Germany.
On his way to semi final, Mahdi beat Russia 3-2, defeated the representative of Turkey 2-0 and crushed Tunisia 1-0.
In this weigh category, Spain grabbed the Gold medal, Norway won the Silver, and Bronze medals went to Iran and Serbia.
Bijan Moghanlou accompanied Iran National team in this 1st President’s Cup as head coach, assisted by Mehrdad Yousefi as coach.
