Start of Preparation Camp of Male Olympians
Preparation camp of male Olympians began on 23 April 2016 in the World Taekwondo Center.
After a few days rest, Farzan Ashourzadeh, Mahdi Khodabakhshi, Sajjad Mardani, Armin Hadipour, Masoud Hajizavareh and Omid Amidi started the new phase of their camp.
They are going to practice twice a day. Bijan Moghanlou leads the team as head coach, assisted by Mahdi Bibak and Mehrdad Yousefi as coaches.
Farzan Ashourzadeh, -58 kg, Mahdi Khodabakhshi, -80 kg, and Sajjad Mardani, +80 kg, are Iran’s representatives in 2016 Rio Olympic Games.
