Meeting of the President of Iran Taekwondo Federation with Dr. Choue
The President of Iran Taekwondo Federation met Dr. Choue, the President of World Taekwondo Federation, in Seoul on 25 Aug. 2016. In this meeting, Mr. Pouladgar talked about the shortcomings of the Olympic Ranking System that was applied for the first time for 2016 Olympic Games. He also suggested some solutions for improvement of this system for 2020 Olympic Games.
Dr. Choue welcomed the suggestions of Mr. Pouladgar and said, ‘It is natural that every new system has shortcomings and problems in the beginning. We will do our best to study the problems and consult with experts to solve them.’
