Invited Teams to 2016 World Taekwondo Team Championships
World Taekwondo Federation has invited 8 male and 8 female teams to 2016 World Taekwondo Team Championships that will be held in Baku, Azerbaijan on 12 and 13 Dec. 2016.
Iran National team is invited to this event and will fight with the other 7 teams from Korea, Russia, Mexico, USA, Ivory Coast, Australia and Azerbaijan.
In the female category, the representatives of China, Korea, Russia, Mexico, USD, Ivory Coast, France and Azerbaijan will compete with each other.
Each team is allowed to have 5 athletes in the male category (total weight under 373 kg) plus a substitute athlete and 5 athletes in the female category (total weight under 318 kg) plus a substitute athlete.
