Baseri won the Bronze Medal of the World Championships
Ali Baseri succeeded in winning the Bronze medal of -55 kg on the second day of 2016 World Junior Championships.
This event has brought 800 athletes from 110 countries to Burnaby, Canada.
Baseri gained the third place of his categori by overcoming Mongolia 14-2, Bulgaria 11-0 and Spain 7-3.
In the quarter final, he could overcome the representative of USA in the golden point round but in the semi final, he was defeated by Azerbaijan 21-8 and contented himself to the Bronze medal.
