IRI National TKD Poomsae Team achieved 4 medals in Ashgabat
Tehran Sep 2017 – IRI National TKD Poomsae Team obtained 4 medals at the end of 5th Asian indoor sports and Martial Arts in Ashgabat- Turkmenistan.
52 taekwondo athletes in Poomsae participated in the 5th Asian indoor sports and Martial Arts in Ashgabat- Turkmenistan and – IRI National TKD Poomsae Team achieved 4 medals.
In female category "Marjan Salahshouri" in individual Poomsae obtained gold medal and in male category, Koorosh Bakhtiar got bronze medal.
In male team Poomsae, IRI team including "Mohammad Sadegh Fotoohi","Ali Sohrabi" and "Koroosh Bakhtiar" got silver medal and in female team Poomsae, IRI team including ''Mahsa Salahshoori", "Narges Minakhani", "Mahsa Sadeghi" stood on the third place.
The male mentioned team participated in above event under the leadership of "Hosseinali Narari" and female mentioned team took part under the leadership of "Fatemeh Asadpoor".
Meanwhile, Poomsae competitions were held on Friday- Sep 22nd 2017 in Ashgabat- Turkmenistan.
