2 medals for IRI Men's National Team at the end of London- Grand Prix 2017
Tehran Oct 2017—at the end of 3rd step of Grand Prix 2017, IRI Men's National Team achieved 2 medals.
3rd step of Grand Prix 2017 with the presence of 205 taekwondo athletes ( 103 male, 102 female) from 55 was held on Oct 20th -22nd 2017 in London.
IRI Men's National Team participated in the mentioned event with 5 athletes and 2 out of 5 achieved medal.
+80 kg: "Sajjad Mardani" stood on the third place, in his category, Korea got the champion and Russia got silver medal.
-58kg: "Armin Hadipour" got silver medal, in his category, Russia stood on the first place.
The mentioned team participated in London- Grand Prix 2017 under the leadership of "Mahdi Bibak" as its head coach, "Alireza Nasr Azadani" as its coach.
Meanwhile the mentioned event is G4 and the first, second, third places are awarded 40, 24, 14.40 points to increase their Olympic ranking.
