IRI Taekwondo Team- The Champion of World Taekwondo Team Championships 2017
Tehran Dec 2017—at the end of 21st edition of World Taekwondo Team Championships, IRI Team stood on the first place.
The 21st edition of World Taekwondo Team Championships was held on Dec 5th -6th 2017 in Abidjan- Ivory Coast and IRI Taekwondo Team obtained the gold medal. Russia got the second place, South Korea and Ivory Coast stood on the common third place.
IRI Taekwondo Team participated in the mentioned event with the following team composition:
"Soroush Ahmadi", "Hadi Tiran Valipour", "Seyyed Hossein Ehsani", "Mahdi Khodabakhshi","Saeid Rajabi" and "Erfan Nazemi".
Head Coach: "Seyyed Nemat Khalife", Coach: "Reza Imanzadeh", Physical fitness Trainer: "Ali Rezaei".
Meanwhile, "Seyyed Nemat Khalife" got the best coach and "Mahdi Khodabakhshi" achieved the best player titles of the mentioned championships.
By the way, the 2top teams of the mentioned championships got qualified to participate in Wuxi 2017 World Taekwondo Grand Slam Champions Series Ⅴ (Team Competitions).
