The First Meeting of the Technical Council
The first meeting of the Technical Council of Iran taekwondo Federation was held on 7 February 2017 with the presence of Seyed Mohammad Pouladgar, the President of Iran Taekwondo Federation.
The following members of the Technical Council exchanged ideas about the National teams in this meeting: Seyed Nemat Khalifeh, Fariborz Askari, Mohammadreza Zavar, Feizollah Nafjam, Payam Khanlarkhani, Mahdi Bibak, Vahid Abdollahi, Yousef Karami, Alireza Nasr Azadani, Majid Amintorabi, Rahim Salehi, Ahmad Akhlaghi, Hadi Afshar, Mahrou Komrani, Neda Zare and Fatemeh Asadpour.
In this meeting, the Technical Council decided to send two teams with separate Technical Officials to the Islamic Solidarity Games and the World Taekwondo Championships in the male category. In the female category, there will be one team with the same Technical Officials for both events. 6 qualified coaches were, therefore, suggested for leading the National teams in the forthcoming events.
At the end of the meeting, Mohammadreza Zavar and Majid Amintorabi were selected as the Secretary and the Speaker of the Technical Council respectively.
