The Opening Ceremony of Kukkiwon Special Promotion Test
The ceremony started with the welcome speech of Seyed Mohammad Pouladgar, followed by the speech of Kukkiwon President.
Hyung Deuk Oh said, ‘I would like to thank the instructors that took part in this Special Promotion test as well as the Organizing Committee. Kukkiwon held this test in Iran in order to give a second chance to Taekwondo practitioners. I hope all of you, as members of Iran Taekwondo Federation, can showcase your abilities and share your knowledge and techniques with each other. I appreciate the efforts of Iran Taekwondo Federation for being an active center of Kukkiwon in Iran and we will do our best to contribute to the expansion of Iran’s Taekwondo.’
At the end of the Opening ceremony, the President of Kukkiwon gave an appreciation certificate to Seyed Mohammad Pouldagr for his outstanding efforts for promotion of Taekwondo in Iran.
