Iran's 4 Taekwondo athletes prepare for Final GP
Iran's Taekwondo lineup with 4 members will participate in the world taekwondo final Grand Prix which will be held in Moscow, Russia.
According to the Public Relation's department of the Iranian Taekwondo Federation, The Russia Final GP 2019 is a two day event which will take place in Moscow, on 6-7 December 2019 and Iran's lineup includes: Armin Hadipour (M-58 kg) Mirhashem Hosseini (M-80 kg) Soroush Ahmadi (M-80 kg) Sajjad Mardani (M+80 kg)
Moscow Grand Prix 2019 is being held with participation of 128 athletes and each nation participate with 2 athletes in each weight according to athlete's November ranking. The event will help participants collect points to qualify for the 2020 Tokyo Olympics.
Iran Team is led by Fariborz Askari as the head coach and Ali Mohammad Boshagh and Vahid Abdollahi as the coaches.
Russia 2019 final Grand Prix is a G8 one and the gold, silver and bronze medal winners will garnish 80, 48 and 28.80 points respectively and also collect cash prize of $6000, $3000 and $1000 in turn.
