Speech of Mayer of Sari

At the beginning of opening ceremony of 28th Fajr Open, Mayer of Sari gave a speech


In the name of God

In the memory of Islamic republic of Iran establisher "Imam Khomeini" and all valuable martyrs from Islamic history until now and sanctuary defenders especially "Seyyed Javad Asadi" who was from taekwondo family
Hello to sport of the world which is the messenger of ethics and peace.

Hello to society of sport in Iran which sportsmanship is its characteristics and championships are valuable when the national flag will be raised.

Hello to sport society of Mazandaran whose originality comes from the tired legs of paddies farmers in mud and its medalist's hands are similar to the Alborz Mountains that remind us the mythological men's strong hands of Tabaristan.

Hello to sport society of Sari, My city, a city with a long history and hard working people who had worm hospitality.

Hello to our respectable guests who have attended in this venue.

And I want to welcome the famous taekwondo athletes in the world who were invited by IRI taekwondo federation to participate in Fajr Open.
It is my honor to have a speech at the beginning of 28th edition of Fajr Open.

These days Sari has been the host of Asian clubs and Fajr Open events and it is a great opportunity to confirm its hospitality not just to athletes from Iran but also to other Asian countries and to the world in the future that Sari is a spectacular place for all.

Until I- "Mahdi Obouri" will be the Mayer of Sari, you can consider municipality as your own home which support you to reach honor & achievements.
I am so glad that I and my dear colleagues in urban management team can show to international viewers what we made effort.

We can deal with tourism problems in "Sari".
In fact the main and major bases for developing "Sari" and "Mazandaran" province is tourism & sport tourism and entry of sport tourists male this city as a tourism place.

Many times including this time, I mentioned that municipality of Sari will have plan if governors announce "Mazandaran" province as tourism center.
I should appreciate the ones in deputy sport & socio- cultural department of Sari municipality, "Mazandaran" taekwondo council also officials of sport ministry & youth that always wish the best for the youth of this country.
I suggest to the officials of Iran sport, if they wish to have the best medals in the world, Asian Games, championships and tournaments should consider "Mazandaran" & athletes from this province. This province has a high potential & hard working, moral athletes, if to them is given a chance & opportunity, can achieve the best in sport area.
