Juan Manuel Lopez Reelected as Mexico’s President
Elections have not been held yet, however on Tuesday January 8, 2013, the period for registration was closed and only Juan Manuel Lopez Delgado commanded by LAE was registered.
The ordinary and extraordinary annual Assemblies will be held on Friday, January 18, in the Auditorium José García Cervantes Mexican Sports Confederation AC.
Lopez Delgado will continue leading the FMTKD, he was confirmed Tuesday since any other candidate was registered to compete for the title of one of the most important American federations.
This new period will be for another Olympic cycle and Mexico will be host in July 2013 of the 2013 WTF World Taekwondo Championships. Mexico had already been host during 2010 for the Junior World Taekwondo Championships that took place in Tijuana.
Lopez Delgado wrote in his Facebook account: “A new period starts and we will seek to do things in the best way, we have 4 years to put our sport at the top , there will be drastic changes with the idea of improving our performance . ”
