Morteza Karimi, Iran's Head Coach:
I Am Determined to Do My Best for the Team
Morteza Karimi, the Head Coach of Iran's National Males Taekwondo Team, has highlighted the power and readiness of Iranian Taekwondo athletes, vowing to do his best for the team.
Addressing reporters, he also hoped that through proper planning, he would be able fulfill his duties as the head coach and bring along acceptable results for the team.
Karimi also said the technical officials of the Iranian Taekwondo Federation would try their bests to choose the best athletes for the national team and to hold proper camps to make up for the shortcomings of the team.
He also underlined as "significant" the upcoming 2013 World Taekwondo Championships, to be held in Mexico, saying the event is the biggest of its kind in the world of Taekwondo.
Karimi also expressed the hope that the National Team would deliver a successful performance in the 2014 Asian Games, as well as in the 2016 Olympics.
